VL Center Rd Lot Hastings, MI 49058

Just moments from downtown Hasting, lies this gem of a property with great paved frontage and easy access off Center Rd. Currently farmed, this sandy loam soil base has proved to be fertile and a great returning investment for current landowner with the added bonus of some great hunting! Check out the trailcams of deer, turkeys and goose hunting pics from over the years! This property is surrounded by heavy security cover and wooded properties allowing it to be the food for the area and making it hunt much larger than its size... all wildlife needs to eat, and most deer from the area show up on this property at some point. Gently sloping and flat, the property has been percolation tested in the past, showing that it could be suitable for a septic system and potentially buildable. The test has since expired and would need to be redone for proper permitting from the county.
